The journey of a leader begins with looking inward. Who am I, and what does leading people bring to me?
The Leader's Journey is my own transformational development programme for senior and middle management. I designed it to address the key gateways to a deeper understanding of people, the principles of company culture, and leadership.
It is not just a training programme. I use NLP-based methods that allow participants to explore and test their attitudes and beliefs – especially those that no longer serve them.
At each stage of the journey, leaders are introduced to the principles of tribal leadership, emotional intelligence, managerial skills, a coaching approach, and strategic thinking. Through retrospectives, practical exercises, and discussions with others, they are given the space to grow as individuals and to gain a broader perspective on their role as managers.
As the creator of the programme, I know that every leader's needs are slightly different. That is why I flexibly adapt the programme to the current needs of both individuals and the organisation.
Each module is built around practical skills and real-life situations, helping participants lead their teams effectively and achieve their organisations' goals.

For me, leadership is mainly about people. It is the ability to bring together different personalities, experiences, and talents into a team that pulls in the same direction – and knows exactly where it is heading.
A great leader doesn’t focus only on numbers and results. Attention is also given to ensuring that people grow, develop, and feel motivated to do their work as well as they possibly can.
Leadership is the art of inspiring, motivating, and communicating openly. And that is what determines whether a team merely “gets tasks done” or creates something together that has real meaning.
