The DNA of the company is what forms the foundation of the organization
It is a clearly defined and truly lived mission, values and vision that are reflected in everyday practice. It is not just a set of nice words on a poster, but a compass that guides decisions and collaboration.
That is why people from across the company are involved in creating it, so they can genuinely identify with it, understand it, and translate it into their decisions and everyday interactions.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
is a strategic document. It should be created by your strategic team together with as many frontline employees as possible. Developing a company philosophy can become a major milestone in the life of a business and often serves as a valuable team-building activity. It helps achieve alignment, increases motivation, and restores a sense of joy and enthusiasm for work.
A company philosophy consists of three parts:
COMPANY PURPOSE
What is the purpose of your company's work? What does it bring to customers, your industry, or the world? Why do you exist?
Your company purpose expresses your intention.
COMPANY VALUES
These are the principles that guide your company's everyday operations and communication. When your values are clearly defined, employees understand what matters to you and how they are expected to behave.
COMPANY VISION
This is the ambitious goal you want to fulfil as a company. What do you want to achieve, or who do you want to become? How do you want to move your industry forward?
GUIDING YOUR COMPANY THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS
The biggest mistake is to define a company's DNA on your own, or to approach it as a marketing exercise. Creating a company philosophy requires the involvement of your team. If the entire strategic team is not engaged, there is a real risk that others will reject it.
Together, we will:
Define a purpose, values, and vision that are truly authentic to your company.
Involve employees so they become co-creators and ambassadors of the company culture.
Find ways to translate values into concrete behaviours and processes.
Clarify how to support and develop the culture over the long term.
My role is to create an environment where people feel safe to openly share their ideas and experiences. I use facilitation methods, tools for working with values (including Richard Barrett's model), and practical experience from dozens of company projects.

Shared understanding of what they mean in practice.
Stronger engagement and cohesion within the team.

Company values should never be written in isolation. Invite people to co-create the philosophy, and give them the time and space they need. If an external consultant is involved, offer full support and become an active part of the creative team. Simona Bodláková

The description of the company’s vision, values, and mission invites a step beyond the familiar paths of operational thinking to look ahead, recognize opportunities, and discover new directions.
For visionaries and initiators, this way of thinking comes naturally. For those with a more pragmatic mindset, it can be a challenging exercise.
