Coaching and mentoring are two different approaches to personal and professional development, each with its own specific characteristics and goals. 

Coaching focuses on improving performance and achieving goals through self-reflection and skills development. Coaches typically ask questions that help individuals find their own answers and increase their self-confidence.

Mentoring involves a relationship between a more experienced professional and a mentee, where the mentor passes on their knowledge and experience. This process is often less structured and may include advice, support, and guidance within specific areas or skills. The mentor can actively contribute to the mentee’s development by sharing professional expertise and life lessons.

IT ALL STARTS WITH AN INITIAL NON-BINDING MEETING. 

The first consultation takes place as a video call and lasts about 30 minutes. The current situation is discussed and it becomes clear whether coaching or mentoring is the right path.
