ABOUT ME

WORK THAT MATTERS

When I left my last job, I decided to fully devote myself to what makes the most sense to me – working with leaders.
I believe that when a leader strengthens the relationship with themselves, everything changes: company culture, team atmosphere, and the quality of their personal life.

I specialize mainly in family businesses – I know their specifics, dynamics, and how important a role relationships play in them. That is why the most effective approaches here are those that connect self-awareness, emotional work, team dynamics, and strategic direction.

I lead corporate workshops, tailor-made development programs, as well as individual mentoring and coaching. Everything is built on trust, a safe environment, and a combination of current scientific knowledge with practical experience.

People who lead others have an enormous impact – not only on their teams, but also on their surroundings, families, and community. Being a leader is a tremendous opportunity. And also a responsibility.

MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

For more than 15 years, I worked in strategic positions in large family businesses as well as multinational corporations.
I specialized in marketing and brand development, led teams and was responsible for a turnover of nearly 1 billion CZK. I contributed to increasing profitability and expanding into new markets.

The dynamic international environment taught me to adapt quickly and look for solutions. What fulfilled me the most, however, was working with people – developing teams, supporting collaboration and discovering their potential.

Today, I lead workshops, provide coaching and facilitate strategic meetings, and I have created a Mastermind for leaders – a space where CEOs get inspired, share experiences and grow together.

My professional résumé and list of trainings can be found here.

CONSTANT DEVELOPMENT AND INSPIRATION

I believe that a leader can only take others as far as they have gone themselves. That is why I continually invest in my own learning and my personal growth:

  • Tony Robbins – Unleash the Power Within – an experience that showed me how much greater our capabilities are than we often believe. (Yes, I walked on hot coals.)

  • Joe Dispenza – The Unlimited – a deep understanding of the effects of meditation on the human brain and behaviour.

  • Systemic constellations training with Ivana Wurstová – for a deeper understanding of systemic dynamics, both in families and in organisations.

  • Systems coaching at the Libchavy Academy.

  • Daily practice – I start every day with Tony Robbins' Priming active meditation.

  • I regularly study new leadership approaches and methods for working with teams and individuals.

  • I also draw inspiration from podcasts by Steven Bartlett (The Diary of a CEO) and Mel Robbins, which offer practical insights and personal stories from leaders around the world.

  • Over the long term, my thinking has been shaped by books by authors such as Simon Sinek, Stephen Covey, David R. Hawkins, and Richard Barrett, as well as many others who influence my approach to working with people and developing company culture.

I am a certified coach, PCC - Professional Certified Coach, which means I have long-term experience in professional coaching and have passed a demanding exam of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Within the Czech chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I served for two years (2022–2024) as Vice President for Member Care.

AND SOMETHING FROM PRIVATE LIFE?

I was born into a family where relationships were not easy, and my brother and I had to find strategies and tactics to survive in unpredictable environment. I learned to read the atmosphere without words.

Early on, I understood that in communication it is not only about what we say, but also how we formulate a thought and with what intention we send it out into the world.

It took me a long time to let go of certain unhelpful imprints and to find my own way of being.

I am an ambivert – somewhere between an introvert and an extrovert. I am in my flow among people, during workshops or coaching sessions. I enjoy creating and organising. At the same time, I need time alone to recharge – in nature, through sport, or meditation. Because I am aware of this, I can work with my energy much more consciously today.

I love hiking in the mountains, skiing, and rollerblading. My greatest joy in life comes from my two adult sons and one mischievous dog.

I have a tendency towards workaholism and find it hard to step away from unfinished work. Because of this, I sometimes push myself too far. I paid the price in 2014, when I burned out and had to leave my job.

Today, I know it did not have to go that far. A timely shift in a few attitudes and limiting beliefs would have been enough. That experience led me to discover my current passion – coaching and working with people – work that gives my life deep meaning.**
